This equipment is a MUST HAVE for your Steak-BBQ
The SteakChamp 3-color thermometer with the designer steak board made of Black Forest beech wood with integrated activator!
The steak board is natural and made of high quality beech wood (about 32 x 20 cm). On the side of the board is the integrated storage and magnetic activation for the SteakChamp thermometer. The thermometer has a patented measuring technology with electronic LED display traffic light for the cooking state.
The guarantee for perfect steaks! The thermometer is suitable for grill, pan and oven. Instructions for use and garden table are enclosed with the board.
The SteakChamp combines the three most important cooking stages in a single electronic LED skewer:
Red LED: Medium well - ca. 65°C core temperature
Yellow LED: Medium - ca. 58°C core temperature
Green LED: Medium rare - ca. 50°C core temperature
-Integral temperature measurement
-The temperature of the core area is determined over the entire metal probe
-The ideal resting phase after cooking is determined electronically
-Automatic shutdown, the SteakChamp shuts off automatically
The preprogrammed core range temperatures of the SteakChamp are applicable to:
- steaks of beef, wild or salmon, lamb, pork, for duck breast or whole (big) fish
- also suitable for "Sous Vide" applications
- also suitable for "Sous Vide" applications
